finally..

its been months since i last posted an update.. have i been busy? hell yes.. according to my last post i am definitely loving my work at the deli but unfortunately 2 months after that post, i resigned.. hehe.. since then i was working for a former professor in college, i together with two other friends were helping him set-up a resto.. and now all finally falls into place.. from all the buraot days that we've been through, all the kitchen testing, endless finalization of kitchen manuals, all the mishaps and unlimited fone calls, suppliers and equipments here and there, interviews with different kinds of people from service to line cooks to stewards; alas!OUR Restaurant is finally opening..

- July 25, 2006 - our judgement day.. and yes i am VERY SCARED but of course at the same time VERY EXCITED.. im scared not just because i couldnt possibly imagine the work that i am handling as compared to my past job, but i am scared because im pressured.. but i know i gotta do this.. i need to do this..:) ive come to realize that being a kitchen manager at this point has been a very big leap for my career.. naks.. hehe..:)

i have china and tine with me.. we can do this..:)

i am proud to say that we are the first in the phils to have this kind of concept and it is definitely one of its kind..
