lovin it!

new daily specials have been brought to us at mandarin.. we are being converted in to a mini fine dining resto just like the tivoli at the hotel..


pan fried cajun fillet of lapu-lapu with spinach fettucini in shellfish broth..


king prawn skewers on wilted spinach fettucini with calamansi butter sauce..

i just so love what i do..:)
