mini reunion

yesterday, i was able to meet a few friends of mine whom i havent got the chance to get in touch with after a very looonnngg ttiiimmeee!! kakamiss tlga ang kbruhahan netong dalawang to haha.. next time probably we'll get the chance to go out and spend time together with the entire bertha barkda girls..:)

ate abay and sybs.. nothing has really changed, they're still the same people, still as crazy as ever.. how ive missed them..:)

officially open

first day of the official public opening of mandarin cafe and deli at gateway was held today.. i wasnt expecting it, but yes we were flooded with people from 11am til 7 in the evening.. non-stop a la carte orders, from main courses to sandwiches to meriendas (bibingka, puto bungbong and churros).. i could barely feel my feet.. i was supposed to be out by 5pm but the way i saw how things were going, i couldnt dare leave my workmates alone with that much to do, i had to stay, i decided to stay rather.. we were not expecting it, we thought that it would be just a soft opening and people have not yet heard of it, but everything turned out to be exactly the opposite.. a la carte orders had to be stopped by 7pm because we had nothing more to serve.. our stock have diminished, every tupperware we had was left with nothing, not to exaggerate but its the damn truth.. so tomorrow i had to report 7am to be able to do enough mis en place for the entire day coz if i report by 9, we will not accomplish anythin and we will be once again left with nothing..

but despite all these, it was still fun after all.. but really really tiring.. but i do not wish to be like this tomorrow, a lil lighter will be better for all of us.. by the way, im so happy because jonna, aza and tboy visited us there.. though i feel sad because i wasnt able to entertain them because of what was happening but i still feel glad they came to see us..:)

actually im advertising my company ehehe..

MANDARIN CAFE AND DELI at the GATEWAY MALL is officially open from 10am-9pm.. we serve lunch, dinner including sandwiches and merienda items.. most of our menu covers asian cuisine and filipino cuisine.. please support me,us.. hehe..:) hope to see you there..:D
